SOOOOO many parents come to me seeking help with their picky eater. It’s a difficult, but super common problem. Misery loves company right? Well, let’s get you unmiserable.

During this four month long, totally customized, personal coaching program, I’ll show you how to make long term changes to your child’s relationship with food – so you can say goodbye to picky eating!

This is a not a one-size-fits all program. I will be working personally with YOU to discover what will work for YOUR child.

● We figure out the ROOT CAUSE of what is causing your child to be so selective (and let’s be honest, miserable) about eating and we address it right away

ONE 2-HOUR DEEP DIVE CALL.

We’ll go into FULL detail about you, your story, and your child’s feeding history. We’ll discuss your concerns and goals when it comes to your picky eater and I’ll begin offering some sweet, sweet, solutions!

SIX ADDITIONAL 1-HOUR COACHING CALLS.

During these calls we’ll go over applicable strategies and topics related to YOUR picky eater. You’ll build an immense toolset to help transform your picky eater and gain complete confidence in your feeding skills. (Details below.)

ONE – DETAILED FOLLOW UP AFTER EVERY SESSION. 

I’ll provide a written summary of what we discussed so you can reference it at any time. It’s going to be a lot of awesome information so it’ll be helpful to have on hand!

ONE WEEK-LONG CUSTOMIZED MEAL PLAN.

This plan will be 100% tailored to your family’s likes/dislikes/allergies. Let me take some stress out of planning your family’s meals!

FREE “MEAL PLANNING REBOOT” WORKSHOP.

With this, worrying about what to feed your family will be the LAST thing on your mind. (There’s enough stuff to worry about!)

UNLIMITED E-MAIL SUPPORT.

Don’t worry, I’ll never get annoyed. (I’m a mom, I’m used to being bugged 24/7) I’m always here for you, so you never feel isolated or lost.

BONUS: One additional 30-minute “emergency” call that can be used anytime – during the program or anytime down the road. Have a dietary question about the catering at your kid’s wedding? Give me a ring! (No joking, this would be pretty fabulous!)

Curious what we will cover in the six additional sessions?  Well here’s just a tip of the iceberg (lettuce).

THE FOUNDATION

We’ll start by discussing what you need to do to set the stage for success.  We’ll figure what’s behind your child’s eating habits and address any underlying issues that could be contributing to their picky eating.  You’ll learn to relaaaaaax at meal times and take the anxiety out of eating. And we’ll go over some of the biggest mistakes that parents make when feeding their kids (like sneaking and pressure!) and how to kick them out of your life.

ROCK YOUR PLAN

We’ll go over specific strategies that will improve YOUR child’s health, food acceptance and eating habits. You’ll learn which vitamins and nutrients are critical for your child’s health (and in which quantities) and how to make sure they are getting what they need. You’ll learn HOW to present new foods and what LANGUAGE to use and mealtimes. (Words matter people!) And you’ll learn what to do when faced with frustrating mealtime behaviour – refusal to eat, throwing things, screaming and yelling. (You know, the fun stuff.)

MAKE FOOD FUN!

You’ll learn how to make mealtime fun and stress free. And I don’t mean cutting their food into their favorite cartoon characters (unless that’s your jam). I mean REAL fun so that they actually look forward to coming to the table. We’ll also go over how to kick your kids snacking obsession and the best ways to get your child involved in the process.

MANAGING OUTSIDE INFLUENCES

Don’t you wish you could just keep your child in a bubble their whole life? Unfortunately, they have to leave the house sometime and the outside world can wreck havoc on healthy habits. We’ll explore how to approach treats and “forbidden foods” and how to manage sticky, syrupy, sugary situations, like birthdays and holidays. How to manage the judgment and interference of family and friends (you’ve got this queen!) and how to pack a lunch that supports healthy eating, but that your child won’t trade away for cookies!

GOOOOOOALS

We’ll constantly talk about new roadblocks and how to tackle them.  You’ll learn how to make sure that all of the plans have flexibility built in, to make sure they work with your real life. (Rigid parenting plans just aren’t going to last)

WINNING

When we near the end of the program, we’ll discuss how you can stay consistent with your plan for the long haul. We’ll discuss what to expect as your child gets older and goes through different life stages. (Yikes, teenagers!) And we’ll come up with some longer term goals to ensure your child keeps moving forward!
