Here’s how the challenge is going to work…

Every day, for the next 5 days, you’ll get an email with a link to access the lesson for the day.

Once you’ve clicked the link, you’ll be taken to a secret page where the videos and homework patiently await for you to dive in!

Each lesson is designed to help you make small changes that will help shift the way your picky eater feels about mealtime. As you navigate through the lessons, you’ll gain insight on what is going wrong at the table currently and what you can do to turn it all around.

Hi, I’m Sarah Bester!

And I’ll be your coach for the 5-Day “Drama-less Mealtime” Challenge.

I’m also a family nutritionist and picky eating coach and I help busy moms raise healthy eaters instead of picky eaters.

As a certified nutritionist, with an expertise in feeding and healthy habit development, I know the importance of raising children who eat a wide variety of healthy food.  As a mom “in the trenches” with two young kids, I also know first hand how challenging it can be to actually get a meal on the table (and the frustration that follows when kids refuse to eat it!)

Through my one-on-one coaching and online group programs, I provide parents with research-based, easy-to-follow steps that will put an end to picky eating and mealtime drama in any household. More importantly, I empower the moms and dads that I work with by giving them the tools to help their children develop healthy habits for the long-term. (Because we won’t be there to force them to eat their broccoli forever, right?)
